Our campus played host to a marvellous event this morning as we acknowledged and celebrated our mothers and significant people in our lives who shape and influence who we are and the values we uphold. After a delicious breakfast, Ms Leeming and Banksia presented a Fellowship that was thoroughly enjoyed by all. As I stated this morning, ‘some things never change’; mothers and significant people in our lives have been told for many years that, they are the best, that they are loved to the moon and back, that we are grateful for all they do for us and that they are ‘unique’ in their love for us. At this time of the year, we are reminded to voice our thoughts; I encourage us all to tell those we love these special words of love every day.
